Hoodoos are composed sedimentary rock covered by harder rock that is harder to erode. Once softer sediment erodes rock needle, or tower like natural obstacles are left. (approx. 15 mins)

Cancellations Policy:
【Summer】
- 9 or more days prior to departure date: CAD$30 + GST per person will be charged;
- Within 8 days prior to the departure date: NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE.
【Winter】
- 17 or more days prior to departure date: CAD$30 + GST per person will be charged;
- Within 16 days prior to the departure date: NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE.
- Change of departure date will be considered as a cancellation.
- Decrease in number of guests, change the optional admissions & group meal purchase, as well as amending extended hotel stay will be considered as cancellation.
- All optional tours are non-refundable. Refund will be done only due to weather and force majeure event happens and the optional tours could not be continued.
- Additional fees, including but not limited to associated credit card or wire transfer service charges, will be applied to any cancellation or amendment request.
Each person is allowed to check in and carry on only one piece of baggage, any additional baggage will incur an extra fee of CAD 25 per piece.
We recommend to confirm with us about the tour availability before booking air tickets.
Sightseeing points and stop time are subject to weather condition.If closure of any sightseeing point occurs, it will be replaced by other points.
Please be ready at meeting location 5-10 minutes prior to the pick-up time as the tour will start on time. If you miss the bus, please meet us at the next pick-up location. Should there be any concerns, please contact us.
We recommends you to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance immediately upon booking as a measure of an extra protection.

We highly recommend to check the weather forecast before your arrival because the temperature in the Rocky Mountains can drop dramatically at night.
Suggest to bring the warm coat and anti-slippery shoes.
Suggest to bring sunscreen and sun protection products due to high UV index in Canada.
Suggest to bring toiletries since North America Hotels usually do not provide such amenities.

Reservation Info

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
